Limited Electric will be available for $40, first priority will be given to food trucks. Booth spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis as applications and booth fees are accepted. Applications and fees should be turned in by June 15, 2024, so that coordinators have ample time to advertise.
Canopies are highly recommended for this event, as it will span three days. Canopy legs must be properly weighted, meaning sand or gravel bags, weighted discs, or concrete. Milk jugs or exercise weights are not an acceptable form of leg weight. Management will have weights for purchase or rent through the weekend, weight requirements will be enforced. Canopy walls are highly encouraged as this is a weekend event. Vendors are responsible for providing all canopies, tables, chairs, and display items required for their booth.
Camping behind your booth will be allowed on the grounds; however, there are no shower facilities available. The nearest campground is Big Bone Lick State Park in Union, KY. There is an assortment of hotels in Hebron and Florence. Willis Graves Bed and Breakfast is next door to the fairgrounds. Vendors will be responsible for their own lodging. If you choose to camp on the grounds please alert Mandy as soon as possible.
No WiFi will be available on the grounds
Each vendor is responsible for paying Kentucky Sales Tax.
Vendors are responsible for removing all items from booth space, including the removal of all trash.
If a vendor must cancel for any reason, please alert the management team as soon as possible, booth fee refunds are at the discretion of the management team. No refunds will be offered after August 1, 2024.
All vendors are required to follow the current state government mandates concerning Covid-19 on the weekend of the event.
Coordinators have plans to place yard signs as far as possible, along with several banners in the area surrounding the event space. If you are local and are willing to place a sign in your yard please make a note of that on your application! We also plan to contact local radio stations in order to pull as many shoppers as possible. In addition to this, we ask that vendors do their own advertising on their business and personal social media to ensure we spread the news of our event as far as possible. There is a Facebook page and event created for this event that is sharable.
The grounds are pet-friendly. Pets must be leashed or kenneled at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet, please be mindful of others.
Overnight security will be provided by the coordinators. This event is not responsible for theft or lost items at any time.
There will be a limit on same type vendors, because of this we ask that you send in 4-6 pictures of the items you intend to sell, one picture should be of your booth.
